COBI Camping Trip

Join us for an unforgettable weekend of fellowship at Seedhouse Campground! Hosted by the Colorado Bid for the International Conference of Young People in AA (COBI), this camping trip is about connection, community, and fun.
We’ll have speaker meetings, outdoor adventures, and plenty of campfire games. Surrounded by the beauty of Steamboat Springs, CO, this is your chance to unplug, unwind, and dive into the three legacies of AA: Recovery, Unity, and Service.
Grab your gear, bring your friends, and prepare for an epic weekend in the mountains. We can’t wait to see you there!
CARPOOLING IS REQUIRED! PARKING CAPACITY IS 25 CARS. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A RIDE, WE WILL FIND YOU ONE.
Weekend Schedule (Tentative)
Friday – Arrival & Kickoff
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Arrival & Camp Setup
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Welcome Dinner & Smores (Meal provided by COBI)
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Campfire Speaker Meeting
- 9:00 PM – Late | Campfire Hangout & Mafia
Saturday – Full Day of Fellowship
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM | Breakfast (On Your Own)
- 9:00 AM – 9:45 | Morning Meditation & Sound Bath
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Outdoor Activities: Group hike, lake day.
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Lunch Break (On your own )
- 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM | Friendship Bracelet Making
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Free Time / Chill & Explore/ Cornhole Tournament
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Dinner & Smores( (Meal provided by COBI)
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Campfire Meeting
- 9:00 PM – Late | Campfire Jam & Mafia: Bring your instruments if you got em!
Sunday – Wind Down & Wrap Up
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM | Closing Meeting
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM | Breakfast (On Your Own)
